Colony Villas & Waikoloa Beach Resort Overview

Colony Villas:  With six closed transactions in May, Colony Villas has seen it’s best month in about a decade (see the Market Dashboard for list and sale prices).  This brings the total year to date sales to 12 for 2015 compared to just five for the same period in 2014.  Two new listings were added in the month of May.  Unit #2304 is a two bedroom, two and a half bathroom middle unit with 1,446 square feet.  Unit #2805 is the largest floorplan in the complex with three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and just under 1,700 square feet.

Waikoloa Beach:  As we approach the half way point of 2015, Waikoloa Beach Resort is continuing to see good real estate sales numbers.  So far for the year there have been 37 closed transactions for the entire resort compared to 31 in 2014, almost a 20% increase.  There has been a 30%+ increase in new listings so far this year compared to last with a slight decrease in days on market.  Currently the 91 active listings works out to be about nine months worth of inventory for the resort.
