Hali’i Kai & Waikoloa Beach Resort Overview
Hali’i Kai: Hali’i Kai real estate sales continue at a similar pace to 2014. So far this year there have been six closed sales compared to five for 2014. The solo sale for the month of May was unit #6A (see the Market Dashboard for list and sale prices). There was also one new listing for the month May. Unit #10A is the larger of the two bedroom floorplans featuring two full baths and 1317 square feet. This second floor unit provides unobstructed golf course and ocean views.
Waikoloa Beach: As we approach the half way point of 2015, Waikoloa Beach Resort is continuing to see good real estate sales numbers. So far for the year there have been 37 closed transactions for the entire resort compared to 31 in 2014, almost a 20% increase. There has been a 30%+ increase in new listings so far this year compared to last with a slight decrease in days on market. Currently the 91 active listings works out to be about nine months worth of inventory for the resort.
