Kolea & Waikoloa Beach Resort Overview
Kolea: Although June saw no closed sales for Kolea, sales for the first six months of 2015 are running at the same pace as 2014 with six each. There was one new listing for the month of June. Unit 1A is a relisted ground floor unit with three bedrooms, three baths and 1,716 finished square feet listed at $1,150,000. There are currently 13 condos listed for sale on MLS in Kolea with prices ranging from $800,000 on the low end to $2,995,000 on the high end. Also for sale is one private residence priced at $5,650,000 and one vacant lot priced at $2,300,000.
Waikoloa Beach: Real estate activities, from new listings to closed sales, have increased in the first half of 2015 when compared to the same period in 2014. Closed sales are up nearly 20% with an increase of new listing of just over 30% year to year. There are currently six properties throughout the resort that are in contingent or under contract status so the sales numbers will continue to grow.
