Hali’i Kai & Waikoloa Beach Resort Overview
Hali’i Kai: August proved to be a slow month not only in Hali’i Kai but throughout the resort as well. With no closed sales for the month of August, Hali’i Kai sits at six sales year to date. There are currently 19 active listings with one property in contingent or under contract status. The two new listings for August are units #17A and #22A. Both units are the larger of the two bedroom floorplans with two full baths, located on the second floor with 1,317 square feet. Unit #17A provides ocean views and a short walk to the ocean club listed at $859,000. Unit #22A is located in the Coconut Grove area of the neighborhood within steps of the tennis and basketball courts listed at $569,000.
Waikoloa Beach: Although there were no closed sales for the month of August in the Waikoloa Beach Resort as a whole, 10 properties went into contingent status during the month bringing the total of units pending to 17. With 14 new listings for the month, the total active properties remains in the 90s which equates to about 16 months of inventory.
