Colony Villas Market Dashboard – September 2015

Colony Villas:  With two more closed sales and no new listings for the month of September, Colony Villas’ inventory continues to be on the low side with only eight ending the month.  2015 has seen 14 closed sales with the latest being units #102 and #403 (see the Colony Villas Market Dashboard for the list and sale prices for each).  With five more units in pending status, Colony Villas looks like it will continue to lead the Waikoloa Beach Resort in number of sales.

Waikoloa Beach:  The Waikoloa Beach Resort as a whole is keeping pace with the number of sales from last year.  Including the six closed sales from September, there have been 51 sales in the resort year to date which matches last year.  The 11 pending sales should help the resort finish out the final quarter of the year strong.  Active listings continue to hover around 90 with prices to match any budget ranging from $300,000 to $5,650,000.
