Hali’i Kai: With four new listings for the month of September, Hali’i Kai’s total active listings sits at 21. The new listings include something for every price point. Unit #7G is largest three bedroom floor plan with golf course and ocean views listed at $1,050,000. Unit #13A is the largest two bedroom floor plan located on the ocean and within steps to the Ocean Club listed at $1,250,000. Unit #18H and #19F are both located in the Coconut Grove area of the neighborhood with 18H being a three bedroom ground level unit listed at $599,000 and 19F being the larger second floor three bedroom unit listed at $609,000. Waikoloa Beach: The Waikoloa Beach Resort as a whole is keeping pace with the number of sales from last year. Including the six closed sales from September, there have been 51 sales in the resort year to date which matches last year. The 11 pending sales should help the resort finish out the final quarter of the year strong. Active listings continue to hover around 90 with prices to match any budget ranging from $300,000 to $5,650,000.
