Kolea Market Dashboard – September 2015

Kolea:  The three new listings for Kolea in September brings the total active listings to 19 including condos, single family homes and lots.  The new listings are unit #6B which is a second floor three bedroom unit with great ocean views listed at $1,995,000, unit #9G with two bedrooms and the lowest price in the neighborhood at $745,000 and unit #14H with two bedrooms listed at $899,500.  As we enter the final quarter of 2015, Kolea’s new listings and closed sales numbers are running slightly behind 2014 year to date.  With good inventory and realistic seller expectations, buyers should start to see the value that Kolea brings as we close out the year and enter the busy holiday real estate season.

Waikoloa Beach:  The Waikoloa Beach Resort as a whole is keeping pace with the number of sales from last year.  Including the six closed sales from September, there have been 51 sales in the resort year to date which matches last year.  The 11 pending sales should help the resort finish out the final quarter of the year strong.  Active listings continue to hover around 90 with prices to match any budget ranging from $300,000 to $5,650,000.
