Year to date, sales have increased by about nine percent in the resort as a whole with a total of 59 sales so far plus another 8 properties in pending status. According to MLS, active properties continue to remain around 90 units with about 13 months of inventory. Waikoloa Beach continues to offer prices, sizes and lifestyles to meet a wide range of budgets from $300,000 to $5,000,000.
