Kolea Market Dashboard – October 2015
Kolea: October proved to be a quiet month for Kolea with no new listings and no closed sales. As a bright spot, one of the single family properties went into contingent status (sale info will be available on the Market Dashboard once the sale becomes final). Total 2015 sales for Kolea remain at six which is one sale behind the previous year. Inventory stands at 18 (includes condos, homes & lots) with prices ranging from $745,000 to $2,995,000 for condos, $4,995,000 for single family and $2,300,000 for vacant lot.
Waikoloa Beach: Year to date, sales have increased by about nine percent in the resort as a whole with a total of 59 sales so far plus another 8 properties in pending status. According to MLS, active properties continue to remain around 90 units with about 13 months of inventory. Waikoloa Beach continues to offer prices, sizes and lifestyles to meet a wide range of budgets from $300,000 to $5,000,000.
