Mauna Lani Fairways:
Two new units were listed in the month of November in Mauna Lani Fairways. This brings the total inventory for sale to 10. The new listings were unit #604 with two bedrooms and two and half baths listed at $689,000. Next, unit #1506 with two bedrooms and two baths listed at $595,000. With no closed sales for the month of November, the total sales for the year stands at five. Two properties are in pending status.
Mauna Lani:
November proved to be a slow month for Mauna Lani with only one closed sale for the resort as a whole. Three properties went into pending status during the month. This brings the total to 24 including the new construction units in Kulalani, Ka Milo and Laule’a. At the time of print, active listings stood at 109 including the 12 new listings for November.
