November didn’t bring any closed sales for Waikoloa Beach Resort Hali’i Kai.  Although there are two units in pending status as well as three new listings.  First, unit #6D is the larger of the two bedroom floor plans and overlooks the golf course.  It is listed at $949,000.  Next, unit #11G is the larger of the three bedroom floor plans, has fantastic ocean and golf course views and is listed at $1,299,000.  Finally, I listed unit #24D.  It is the larger of the two bedroom floor plans located on the top floor.  It is the lowest price point in the neighborhood at the time of this printing.  See the included brochure or BigIslsandBob.com for details.

Waikoloa Beach: 

As we get closer to the end of 2015, Waikoloa Beach continues to outperform last year by about 12 percent.  Inventory of active properties remains close to 90 with total new listings for the year at 144.  As a result, there is a 20 percent increase.  The average days on market continues to be around 4 months which is virtually unchanged from the same time period last year.
